Co-creation of value is the experience of creating value\u00a0 for customer\/user. In services\u00a0 based on this idea.\u00a0 final services creation (the value proposition) is shaped not only by the ideas of the beneficiaries but also in collaboration with them. Artificial intelligence and smart technologies have increased computational power and decision-making abilities, while also enabling a more personalized approach to each customer\/user. The question now is, what actions has the National Library taken, leveraging both the ideas of co-creation of value and smart technologies?<\/p>\n

This\u00a0 panel,\u00a0 has emphasis\u00a0 on the importance of the central idea , and\u00a0 combine this idea with the themes of “smart technologies” and “artificial intelligence,” setting two goals. First, to provide an image of the current state of value co-creation at the National Library of Iran, and second, to outline a vision for the future to guide potential future decisions.<\/p>\n
