Ashraf Broujerdi, NLAI Director,\u00a0 emphasized in the course of the meeting\u00a0 with the Swiss envoy the importance\u00a0 of cultural engagement. She underlined\u00a0 the National Library\u2019s outlook and policy\u00a0 towards developing interests and expanding\u00a0 institutionalizing mutually-beneficial\u00a0 relations with its counterpart in Switzerl.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 In her remarks, she highlighted NLAI\u2019s\u00a0 particular interest in enhancing relations\u00a0 and cooperation in the areas of digital and\u00a0 written resources. She also emphasized\u00a0 the need for grasping existing opportunities\u00a0 for better mutual understanding. On\u00a0 his part, Leitner expressed satisfaction with\u00a0 the visit and stated that \u201ccultural relations\u00a0 are important at every level and we also\u00a0 welcome and appreciate the development\u00a0 of bilateral cultural engagement with Iran.<\/p>\n
