As the Iran’s literature representative, The Literary Agency of Tamass was the special guest of 39th Indonesia International Book Fair (IIBF) in 2019.
The Literary Agency of Tamass, founded in 2014 (Tehran), represents Persian and Arabic language publishers for selling translation rights into the English and Arabic language markets.
The major goal of the agency is development of literary activities in the areas of authoring, translation and publishing of fiction. Tamass also represents authors, mostly Iranian, worldwide.
Indonesia International Book Fair (IIBF) is a book-publishing trade fair held annually in Jakarta, Indonesia. In addition to selling books the fair provide opportunity for publishers and writers as a gateway for international book market. The book exhibition is arranged by Indonesian Publishers Association (IKAPI), which was inaugurated as Indonesia Book Fair (IBF) in 1980.
The 39th course of IIBF was held in Jakarta Convention Center for 5 days on September 4-8, 2019. It was attended by 20 foreign publishers and 45 Indonesian publishers.
