The movement of “With Books at Home” in Nowruz 1399 (2020), based on a plan from Cultural Studies and Book Reading Office, Deputy for Cultural Affairs of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance started working with the cooperation of the Book House, the network of book-loving cities and villages, and the Culture and Islamic Guidance Offices of all provinces.
In this campaign, children and adolescents all over Iran, in a two-minute clip that they shared on social networks, introduced the book that they had read in family quarantine spaces.
After reviewing the works submitted to the secretariat of the festival, the judging panel of the “With Books at Home” campaign selected 200 careers based on factors including creativity in performance, providing a suitable model for promoting reading, audio and visual appeal, proper timing, and attention to the promotion of individual and social health.
