This session will explore the impact of artificial intelligence on the world of children’s literature. The session will focus on the intersection between AI and children’s literature, storytelling and narrative, the significant role of literature in adapting to and engaging with this technology.
AI, with its advanced algorithms, can now support various functions: creating customized stories, facilitating the writing process, designing engaging illustrations, providing automatic translations, personalizing reading experiences, and analyzing reader feedback.
Dr. Soudabeh Nozari, the secretary of this session held two pre-sessionas . The first pre-session examined the common ground between AI and children’s literature, narrative and storytelling, highlighting the importance of this literature in adapting to AI.
In the second pre-session, discussions focused on the challenges and opportunities related to young audiences and the use of AI-powered book recommendation systems, which are based on advanced recommendation algorithms.
The main session will address the current and future dynamics among authors, children’s books, and young readers in the age of AI.
