National Library panel titled “National Library, a Reference for Co-creation of Cultural, Social, and Economic Value” will held in 8th congress library and information science specialists. This session will focoued on the idea of ”co-creation of value,” the speakers will discusse how this idea link to the National Library and explored potential and possible ways to implement it.
Co-creation of value is the experience of creating value for customer/user. In services based on this idea. final services creation (the value proposition) is shaped not only by the ideas of the beneficiaries but also in collaboration with them. Artificial intelligence and smart technologies have increased computational power and decision-making abilities, while also enabling a more personalized approach to each customer/user. The question now is, what actions has the National Library taken, leveraging both the ideas of co-creation of value and smart technologies?
This panel, has emphasis on the importance of the central idea , and combine this idea with the themes of “smart technologies” and “artificial intelligence,” setting two goals. First, to provide an image of the current state of value co-creation at the National Library of Iran, and second, to outline a vision for the future to guide potential future decisions.
