Seoul International Book Fair 2018, sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, was held at COEX Convention Center, Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 20-24 June 2018. The Islamic Republic of Iran actively participated in the Book Fair. Iran’s stall at the Fair engaged in a wide range of activities, including display of books in such varied fields as Iranian studies, arts, contemporary and children literature, and religion. The other activities also included introducing Tehran International Book Fair, inviting foreign publishers to participate in the annual 10-day event in May, introducing Iran’s fellowship program for publishers, authors, and translators active in the field of books in Persian.
